Please read these Terms. By using PaidIndex, you agree to them. If you use PaidIndex for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization.

1. The service

PaidIndex provides pricing references, comparison tools, and user-contributed pricing information. Prices are informational estimates and market observations—not quotes, appraisals, guarantees, or legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, or other professional advice. Verify scope and price directly with a qualified provider.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep access links and account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for accurate account information.

3. Contributions and documents

You retain ownership of material you submit. You grant Media Yard LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, analyze, de-identify, and display the pricing facts needed to operate and improve PaidIndex. You represent that you may lawfully submit the material and that it does not violate another person’s privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property, or contractual rights.

Do not upload unnecessary sensitive information. We may reject, redact, quarantine, or remove submissions that appear false, unsafe, unlawful, duplicative, promotional, or unverifiable.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not submit fabricated prices, forged documents, malware, or unlawful content.
• Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell, or reconstruct the database except through an expressly authorized API or written agreement.
• Do not evade access limits, probe security, interfere with the service, or impersonate another person.
• Do not use PaidIndex to make automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

5. Paid features

If paid features are activated, the checkout page or order form will state the price, billing period, included features, and cancellation terms. Taxes may apply. Unless required by law or stated at checkout, charges are non-refundable once access is delivered. Paid billing is not active as of the effective date above.

6. Intellectual property

PaidIndex, its design, software, branding, and compiled database are owned by Media Yard LLC or its licensors. These Terms provide permission to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.

7. Third-party services

The service depends on third-party infrastructure and may link to third-party sites. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We are not responsible for third-party content, listings, availability, or transactions.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIA YARD LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not promise that data is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for a particular decision.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MEDIA YARD LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow all limitations, so lawful rights remain unaffected.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, or address a breach. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

11. Governing law

New Jersey law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Camden County, New Jersey, and the parties consent to their jurisdiction. Consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain in effect.

12. Changes and contact
